Business Needs a Blog and Thesis

I use WordPress as my content management system (CMS) because I find it to be one of the most flexible platforms with the most options. I don't host my blog through WordPress.org - instead I run WordPress as an application through my GoDaddy web-hosting plan.

With most blog platforms you have a choice of using one of their themes or you can upload your own theme. For those of you who don't know, (and we've all been there) a theme is what dictates the aesthetics or appearance and navigation of your blog.

There are many different tools on the web for creating and maintaining blogs however through much trial and error, I finally found a theme that made my blogging experience a whole heck of a lot easier.

If you spoke to my friends they would tell you what a Scrooge I am when it comes to spending money. I say this for this reason, "I tried out at least 58 or so free themes before I could finally take it no more and went into my tight little pockets and purchased the Thesis Theme". With other themes I spent hours trying to re-code, unscramble, rearrange and manipulate their workings while still ending up with a blog that looked like my daughter created it back when she was nine years old. I don't even want to get into the SEO part of it.

Since I installed the Thesis Theme, I haven't had to code anything so I have more time for writing. The blog that you are looking at right now has hardly had any aesthetic work put into it on my part. I am getting more visitors than I ever thought I would get and they are staying on my page (well that last part is probably due to my great articles - lol). This theme is by far the best WordPress theme on the market and that's why I use it.
