Business Needs a Blog and Thesis

When it comes to premium blog themes that are easy to customize, the Thesis DIY theme is one of the best blog themes to use to promote your business.
Blogging is a necessary means to promote your business and attract new clientele on the web.
A blog is a place to get to know your clients. It gives your clients the opportunity to experience your organization in a more intimate setting. It can be used as an alternate source of communication to introduce new products and services, a place to dispel rumors or myths and finally a way to figure out what your clients like or dislike about your products or services..
Blogs are very effective. How do I know this you might ask? Because if it didn't work you wouldn't be reading this article right now would you?
There are many blog platforms that operate as content management systems:
* Google Blogger
* WordPress
* TypePad
* Tripod Lycos
* SquareSpace
I use WordPress as my content management system (CMS) because I find it to be one of the most flexible platforms with the most options. I don't host my blog through WordPress.org - instead I run WordPress as an application through my GoDaddy web-hosting plan.
With most blog platforms you have a choice of using one of their themes or you can upload your own theme. For those of you who don't know, (and we've all been there) a theme is what dictates the aesthetics or appearance and navigation of your blog.
There are many different tools on the web for creating and maintaining blogs however through much trial and error, I finally found a theme that made my blogging experience a whole heck of a lot easier.
If you spoke to my friends they would tell you what a Scrooge I am when it comes to spending money. I say this for this reason, "I tried out at least 58 or so free themes before I could finally take it no more and went into my tight little pockets and purchased the Thesis Theme". With other themes I spent hours trying to re-code, unscramble, rearrange and manipulate their workings while still ending up with a blog that looked like my daughter created it back when she was nine years old. I don't even want to get into the SEO part of it.
Since I installed the Thesis Theme, I haven't had to code anything so I have more time for writing. The blog that you are looking at right now has hardly had any aesthetic work put into it on my part. I am getting more visitors than I ever thought I would get and they are staying on my page (well that last part is probably due to my great articles - lol). This theme is by far the best WordPress theme on the market and that's why I use it.

E-Business Alive

Competition is fierce on the Internet. That's why it is important to be armed with loads of creativity if about to launch a business online. Rivalry runs so high in cyberspace that business owners have to whip out every single marketing technique they know to generate buzz and traffic.
Using Viral Marketing To Get Noticed
So you have an impressive website design and an awesome product. These two will amount to nothing if nobody's aware of your existence on the Internet. It's safe to say your chances of striking it big online are remote if individuals do not know you're there. Face it, your business will be lucky to survive even several months.
Websites employ all kinds of techniques and strategies these days to make it on the online scene. Still, there are a few that you can use to give popularity ratings an extra push. Viral marketing is one of them.
Viral, obviously has to do with a virus. Computer users and owners aren't exactly a fan of this word because of the problems it automatically conjures. However, in this instance, it shouldn't be dreaded. It doesn't mean using a virus to spread the business. People will have none of that anymore, having declared an all-out war on adware and popup adverts.
Viral marketing is utilized in building public awareness of someone's firm, company or service. It's a marketing strategy that taps various types of media to reach out to the general public, but minus actual product promotion. The goal is to get people interested, entertained or obliged enough using different addictive things that they wind up passing all of it on, including the company or product advertisement they encountered.
Many companies count on people liking media's particular content so much that they relay the info to their family and friends. Funny videos, nice flash games and comical stories are examples of media that firms sponsor with the assumption that people will circulate them, carrying the product descriptions or company logo or brand plus other content, and providing wider exposure for the products or the companies.
The main reason more and more people are turning to viral marketing to promote and market their e-business is that it is very affordable. Unlike other promotional routes that leave adverts tagged as spam, viral marketing relies on persons' eagerness to pass on the details regarding a product or company to get the info out there. If the sender's name is familiar, they tend to open it and not block it. Most firms reward people who help with viral marketing circulation with incentives, this includes both rebates and discounts.
What's so great about viral marketing is that a business gets plenty of public attention and exposure for the site as well as the company. Not only that, you also manage to obtain a traffic flow comprising mostly potential buyers.
All it takes is a bit of imagination and a huge helping of cleverness to reach out to large populations and make your online presence felt. Of course, it also doesn't hurt to throw in some prizes or bonus goodies.

Web 2.0 and is it Important

Do you ever feel you've missed something but it's too embarrassing to own up and admit you don't know what it means? Me too. And a prime example is the phrase "Web 2.0". I know it's been around for a while, but I'm not even sure I could give a coherent answer if I was asked about "Web 1.0"!
Well, understanding Web 2.0 is really important for internet marketers, so if you are setting out building your online business, this informative article will explain everything you need to know about Web 2.0.
First - some kind of definition. Basically, Web 2.0 is a move away from, and beyond, static web pages that we are all familiar with. It's the movement to dynamic and shareable content, as well as social networking.
So we're talking about web pages that are no longer defined by the structure of the HTML that they're coded with. We're talking interactivity: flash. RSS feeds, audio clips, 'Recommend Me' buttons, and so on. The user is more involved. It's to do with collaboration with your visitor; and they get a chance to comment on what you're doing. People can subscribe to what you're doing, and they can share your activity with others. And - don't forget your podcasts!
So you can see that while Web 2.0 has a certain slipperiness about it, as a definition, there are broad trends: interactivity, simplicity, and sharing.
OK - but what does this mean to you and me who are have businesses online?
Well, I believe that Web 2.0 is really, really important for us. And here's why.
It means that we suddenly have many, many more ways to connect with our customer. We can upload advertorial to YouTube, together with videos about our product or services.
We can invite people to share their experiences - not just old hat static testimonials, but video and audio.
And we need to take on board that the more our website is difficult to use, the less people that are willing to use it. So our sites and selling proposition have to be as simple as possible so as not to get in the way of people buying from us. Or, believe me, they will share their experience!
But wait - that sounds pretty negative. Let's focus on how we can use Web 2.0 productively!
And this is how. Revisit your sales page. Check it out and see if it actively invites participation.
Invite your visitor to comment on your product. Get them to complete a quiz. Encourage them to blog. Ask them to forward the URL to friends. Point them to your YouTube video. Remind them that there is a Facebook group devoted to your service.

You need to know what to look for when seeking online business mentoring? Following fundamental key strategies in discovering who is actually going to give your Internet Business the success you are looking for.
Below Is Ten Of The Most Critical Steps To Finding The Right Online Business Mentoring
1.) Training Credentials - Who will be training and mentoring you. How long have they been in business? You want to ask questions about the mentors. Their specialties and how they will directly help your business success.
2.) Back Ground Check - Use the search engines to search your mentors. Get their names and correct spelling. Do a search online and see what credentials or information you can obtain. Make sure they have been online for some time. Make sure they have had previous mentoring and training. It is exceedingly important to insure there is no fraudulent activity. If they have led illegal or fraudulent activity it will be noted when you do a search. If they have all these credentials this is a good sign, however it is not enough to insure they will give you the training you desire.
3.) Training Game Plan - Professional Online Business mentoring will have a suggested action or game plan to build your business to success. While it may change some according to your products and services they should be able to provide you with a game plan. If they can't then I would question if they have the knowledge or capability to train you effectively
4.) Marketing Trainings - Marketing is the core of your business. In order to have a well versatile training you should have trainings that specialize in a wide variety of marketing's. You cannot just depend on one or two to truly be successful. You want a wide variety of knowledge. Marketing trainings should specialize from free marketing strategies, to paid marketing strategies.
5.) Customized Training - Putting ten people into the same structured training is not as effective as customized training. Out of ten people everyone will learn differently and at different speeds. Often failed training is because training was not customized to the trainees needs. It becomes imperative to insure that the training is going to be met according to ones needs. Question the online business mentoring team how they customize your individual game plan. If they are leading in training this should be easily explained, and action plan should be available for you
6.) Testimonials - You want to insure testimonials are available. The question has become how do you know which testimonials offer the most credibility. Pictures are still worth thousand words. If they have just a blank testimonial with no picture credibility would be questioned. Also video is another great resource, but for many load time many put a few videos then pictures with their testimonial. No less then 10 testimonials is recommended. If they are delivering on their promise then having testimonials becomes important decision factor.
7.) Back Office -Everyone has a back office with training and mentoring. This is a valuable resource; however make sure it's not your only resource.
8.) Webinar Capability - Webinar allows you to follow your trainers screen while exercises are being completed. This is extremely important not only for comprehension of trainings, but also for long-term trainings. Most good online business mentoring will have these capabilities for you to utilize.
9.) Ongoing Support - Classes, forums, group training is great. But individual training time is increasingly important. Finding online business mentors to give you the one on one time is important. Insuring that you have a follow up should you have problems is important. While email, and support desk are great resources it still can't beat the one on one personal effect from your mentors
10.) Group Networking - A team of people compared to one mentor is very useful for success. Having a network of like-minded, and goal-orientated people can be a benefit to your Internet Business. Question the networking, and how people work together to help you achieve your goals.
Most new Internet Business owners understand the importance of getting mentoring and training. As the demand of for online business mentoring has increased so has the fake training platforms. There are mentoring platforms that can have your business going to new heights. You just have to do your research to insure that you are getting the best possible training for Your Internet Business

Small Business Marketing

Running a small business marketing firm online requires a lot of tedious efforts. In running a business like this, you need to consider a lot of points that will help you attract more customers to hire your services. In addition to that, you must also be able to provide them with an ample amount of information that will allow you to gain their trust. Something as basic as contact information can go a long way for your business and this is just one of the major things that you need to have upfront for your customers to see. In here, we will discuss a few things that most small business marketing firm owners fail to consider when they are setting up their website.
First among these errors would be missing or concealed contact information such as telephone numbers or email addresses that prospective customers can make use of. Maybe you have visited an internet site many times and believe that the web page offers the perfect solution to your trouble. On the other hand, you have got one question to ask before making your purchasing choice. You seek the business' address or location, the phone number, or a particular email address, and all you discover is a contact form to send out your question.
Next would be the absence of a wherewithal that customers can use to test your services at less pricey values or costs. Several service corporations anticipate that their website visitors will part with a large sum of funds to engage into their services even if they just met them. This seldom comes about, unless your prospective customer is in an emergency situation. Creating services and products at low levels will assist prospective clients to sample your expertise at a cost that is comfortable on their behalf, so you, as the company owner, can move them through your marketing funnel until they buy your top-level services.
Another would be setting a website that looks just like any other page out there. Customers sometimes cringe when they go to a website of a particular web design company that serves a distinct segment market. Whenever they try to evaluate the company's website portfolio, each and every single website looks virtually alike, except for color variation or distinctions in the graphics around the page. Business owners should never become victims to a cookie-cutter website. They can do this making certain that their personality is prominently featured throughout their web site. They should give visitors a good experience of "who they are" whenever they visit their web pages.
Last would be absent or hidden prominent benefits or features which make your business special. When customers are carrying out net research for a particular product or service, they want to know immediately what makes any company special or different from their competition. A couple of months ago, I was speaking with the owner of a fencing business and was baffled at the thought of why persons invest in fencing on the net and have it shipped, as the shipping cost would negate any savings they may realize about the merchandise over buying it locally. I learned that this business offered free shipping services as long as customers bought products that amounted to a particular price. However, this feature was not displayed upfront on the business' web page. Having things like this upfront will help you convince your customers easily. This is of prime importance if you want fast profit.
